Have I mentioned that these young people are on their business? As part of a new Respond to Racism LO initiative, I host monthly IG Live interviews and we kicked off the first one with student activist Cameron Lizuka. Among other things, Cameron is the Chair of the Lake Oswego School District DEI Advisory Committee, Co-Editor-in-Chief of Lake Views, Co-Chair of LO for LOve, as well as volunteer for the LOHS and Lakeridge Equity Councils and the district’s Black Lives Matter in Schools group. She had a lot of wisdom beyond her years to share and I think you’ll really enjoy it. Check it out:
